Directions To Our Locations:

Asheville: 6-B Herman Avenue Extension (28803) is conveniently located in South Asheville, behind the corner of Hendersonville Road and Herman Avenue, on the hill above the Asiana Restaurant. Free parking in front. Map Quest.

Cary: 1135 Kildaire Farm Road (27511) is a large, three story building with “RBC Bank” at the top, and a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor. Free parking deck behind the building. Check in with the receptionist off the elevator on the second floor. Map Quest

Charlotte: 300 E. John Street, Suite 138 in Matthews, NC (28105) is conveniently accessible about one mile off I-485 at exit 52. Park Square Place is across from the Matthews Post Office and has plenty of free parking. Map Quest

Fayetteville: Psychological evaluations only at this time. Please call 866.761.0764 or email admin@fmrt.org for more information.

Greenville: 235 Commerce Street (27858). The office is located in the Fleming Building. Free parking in front. Check in with the receptionist at the front entrance. Map Quest

Wilmington:The Wilmington area office is located just off US 17/74 at NC133 in Leland at 107 Baldwin Drive in the gray building behind Batish Family Medicine. Map Quest

Winston-Salem: Suite 106 in the main terminal building of the historic Smith Reynolds Airport, 3801 N. Liberty Street (27105), has easy access off NC 52. Map Quest
